Cancellation & Refund Policies, including Policies for Missed Events:

• For registrations cancelled five days before the event date: 100% refund.
• For registrations cancelled between five days and 72 hours before the start of the event:
  50% of the event fee.
• No refunds for registrations cancelled less than 72 hours before the start of the event.
• Please allow 10-14 days to process your refund.
• If you miss a teleconference/event you have paid for, there are no refunds.
You can, however, choose to purchase a recording on CD of the missed event.
