At first glance, there’s nothing remarkable about this red rock cliff near the western boundary of Capitol Reef National Park on Utah’s Route 24. Most of the park’s formations are more sculpted, fanciful or imposing. A closer look at this one, however, reveals a giant bird etched by nature into its massive face...
