Circle of the Gods (Template #58)

Toward the end of my time in Badlands National Park in South Dakota in September, the energy of a particular formation pulled me off the road and out of the car to explore. Immediately, I felt surrounded by angels and enfolded by the gods.

I dubbed this place the Circle of the Gods and, with gratitude and humility, sat in the silence of its enduring wisdom.

The curious thing is that I did not consciously see what was in the photo until, on the day of my birthday, I was guided to download the photos I had taken in the previous month.

This was among them and, when I saw it, I knew I had to draw it.
